How the screen recorder Vmaker works?
Before you start your recording, you have to install Vmaker into your system. If you are using Mac OS Mojave, Catalina, and above, you can download the application and install it. And for all other operating systems, such as Windows and Linux, Vmaker works with Google Chrome Browser. You have to install the Vmaker extension for Google Chrome. No direct software installation is required.
After the installation is over, you can easily record the screen from the Google Chrome extension. Also, you have to create a login for Vmaker. This will create an account at Vmaker cloud storage and will be used for storing your recorded videos.
There are three options available, one is for screen+webcam options, the second is for only webcam recording option and the last is for only screen recording option. Next, you can select the full-screen recording option or may choose for current tab recording.
And you can set the recording quality as per your choice or may leave it in auto mode. For the lite plan, which is free, you can set the recording quality up to 720p, and for the other plans, you can set the quality to 4K HD.
Click on the Start Recording button to start your recording and do your job, which you want to record. On the left side of the screen, there are some recording control buttons.
How to edit and download the screen recorded video?
Once you complete the recording, the video will automatically be uploaded on the cloud storage of Vmaker. And a page will open where you will be able to view the recorded video and below there are options to edit and download the video. For the free tire account, basic edit options are available.
